Cookies and similar tools
We rely on Cookies, pixels, tags and short scripts to keep the Site working, remember your settings, understand how visitors move through the pages and measure the advertising that brought them here. Pixels, sometimes called web beacons or clear GIFs, are tiny image files inside pages or emails that let us count visits and email opens and check that our systems are behaving.
Cookies come in two forms. Session Cookies disappear when you close your browser. Persistent Cookies remain on your Device until they expire or you remove them. We use the following groups:
- Essential Cookies keep the Site running, remember that you are signed in where an Account exists, and protect against misuse. The Site cannot work without them.
- Consent Cookies remember whether you accepted or declined non-essential Cookies.
- Preference Cookies store choices you have made so that you do not need to repeat them on your next visit.
- Analytics Cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how.
- Advertising Cookies allow us and our advertising partners to measure campaigns and show content that is relevant to you.
Your browser lets you block or delete Cookies. If you do, some parts of the Site may stop functioning. Our Cookie Policy describes each category in more depth.
How we use information
We use Personal Data for the following reasons:
- To run, maintain and secure the Site, and to watch how it is being used.
- To set up and manage your Account, where one exists, including the features available to registered users.

- To answer your questions and handle your requests.
- To evaluate or complete a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, dissolution or other transfer of all or part of our business, in which the data we hold may be among the assets involved.

When we share information
We may pass Personal Data to the following recipients:

Marketing emails
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to privacy@pathflownow.com and ask to be removed. We may still send transactional messages, such as a confirmation of something you requested or a notice about a change to our policies.
How long we keep information
We keep Personal Data only for as long as the purposes in this notice require. Some information must be retained longer so that we can meet legal duties, settle disputes or enforce our agreements. Usage Data is normally kept for a shorter period, unless we need it to strengthen security, improve the Site, or the law requires us to hold it.
Where information is processed
Our offices are in Colorado, and our Service Providers may operate elsewhere. Your information can therefore be moved to and stored on computers outside your state, province or country, where privacy laws may differ from those at home. By sending us information after reading this notice you agree to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to make sure the data is handled securely and in line with this notice, and we do not pass Personal Data to an organization or country without suitable safeguards in place.
Your choices and deleting your data
You may ask us to correct, update or erase the Personal Data we hold about you. Where an Account exists you can change or delete some details in its settings. Otherwise send your request to privacy@pathflownow.com. We may keep certain information when we are legally required to do so or have another lawful reason.
Legal disclosures
Business transactions
If we take part in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will post a notice before it becomes subject to a different privacy notice.
Requests from authorities
We may release Personal Data when the law requires it or when a court, regulator or other public body makes a valid request.
Other situations
We may also disclose Personal Data when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to meet a legal obligation, to protect our rights or property, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing connected with the Site, to protect the safety of visitors or the public, or to defend against legal claims.
Security
Protecting your information matters to us, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards. Even so, no transmission over the internet and no form of electronic storage is completely safe, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
The Site is meant for adults and is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly gather Personal Data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. Where the law of your location requires a parent's permission before we process a child's data, we will ask for that permission first.
Other websites
Links on the Site may lead to pages run by others. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, so please read their notices before sharing anything with them.
California residents
If you live in California you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page explains how to exercise them.
Updates to this notice
We may change this notice from time to time. The revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Where a change is significant we will tell you by email or through a clear notice on the Site before it takes effect. Please check back occasionally.
